That’s just down the street from my house. It’s near the valley wide recreation center. It was meant to be medical offices but was never finished because no companies ever bought into it
The address is actually 1091 W Esplanade Ave. It was supposed to medical offices. The developer ran out of money back in 2007 and walked away from the project still owing thousands of dollars. It is now in the works to be converted into a charter school.
my kids charter school was looking into that place for the jr high and high school last year but think they might go with the old child support on the other side maybe rent might be high i know when this guy kicked open that batroom stall the handi capp one there were like three spirits in there a lady and two males close to the wall by the toliet there so it is haunted i would like to go and see though just not alone
