This is the abandoned Wendy's on White Horse Pike in Hammonton, New Jersey. Unfortunately, they lost their lease and had to close up the restaurant. #abandoned #wendys #urbex #newjersey #closed
What a rare find of an abandoned Wendy's. It's insane that the inside got emptied out pretty quick! At first, I thought there'd be furnitures left behind but, that's not the case! Few Wendy's locations in my hometown never got renovated and still has the old school look just like this setup. Not gonna lie, I have not had Wendy's in between 2007 and 2009. Great video as always! 👍
Thanks for the comment, Andy! Yeah, it's crazy how quickly the inside of this Wendy's got emptied out. I was surprised too! It's interesting to hear that there are still some Wendy's locations in your hometown that haven't been renovated. Glad you enjoyed the video!
@@TeknBolt hudson county here. maybe the wendys wasnt making enough to pay for the renovation. the franchise is worth a lot of money alone. the owner of that wendys took a big bath. the wendys "right" to sell burgers is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and now it is gone.
@@subaruamazon Damn, that's a tough situation for the Wendy's owner. You're right, sometimes franchise owners can struggle to keep up with the costs of renovations and end up having to close their doors.
The reason they closed is someone offered a higher lease price, and they closed theve done nothing to it the past 4 months it was always busy more busy than the burger King cheapest place to get a meal for 5 dollars disappointing it's closed
You're right, there might be more to the story. But the only information I found on this location was that their lease ended. Sadly, we may never know the full story, but it's definitely intriguing!
It’s 35 mins away from Atlantic City. It was strictly just the lease and transfered everyone else to different Wendy’s. I live close by and their last day was the first of this year. Their initial plan was Dec.2023
Dude, I was looking at pictures of this Wendys when it was open and they still had the old non digital menu boards inside. Did you ever come across any Open oldschool Wendys, Burger King, or Mcdonalds in South Carolina?
