It seems that the maximum Tension applies when the hinge is nearly fully closed. Why ? it would make more sense that the maximum Tension applies when the hinge is fully opened. Can someone explain that to me ?
Sorry but your model is wrong. If the model routes in the space (changing the orientation of the edge), the local coordinate system should route as well. In the way you defined the local coordinate system this will no happen!
