Hey Tim, do you know if there is much sound difference between the novitec challenge corse evo and the stradale? In my country the stradale is legal but i am not sure about the sound. Thank you
Max Balzan hi there. i honestly don’t know the answer to that, probably best dropping Novitec a message via their email. i would imagine so, but this is a legal exhaust; it’s the cat that determines legality due to emissions regs in the EU
Hi Tim , hows it going? Does it crackle so much like that just when it's cold or is that all the time? did u get a crackle map done is that just a combination of the exhaust and the map?
Ashcphotos hi mate. crackles like that when it’s cold, but when it’s hot it lets out much bigger clearer bangs. it’s a combination of the mapping (fuelling marker modification) and straight through exhaust system.
Ashcphotos no, that’s because there’s nothing to worry about lol. it’s a stage 1 map with custom fuelling; only thing ‘at risk’ is the cat, which will have reduced life due to the pops & bangs (heat etc). every other component is functioning well within their operating parameters.
