But from DCS operation feedback is different. ex cmd 25 fb 23, cmd 50 fb 48, cmd 75 fb 73 and cmd 100 fb 100. This time also feedback locally and DCS same. Positioner -ABB

Bhai, There is four pair cable on top side of TB. That is coming from DCS. And bottom said of the TB has a positional and limit switch.

Sir, this is not usually the case. And if that's the case, you can try calibration again. And if you have the same problem, you can check the Positioner with another control valve.

Normally calibration fail hoga nehi. First, open and close the valve manually to see if the valve is opening and closing properly. And check also air pressure.Then the auto Calibration started. Now if the Calibration fail comes then reset. Hopefully the problem will be solved
