Hi sir from brazil !! I have some positioner TZIDC 110 ABB PA in OOS mode ( out of service ) so don't turning on (AUTO MODE) to bus comunication. We tried to reset factory and basic reset them , but still out of service continuos. You know something about its ploblem on device ? Thanks for help!

What if valve is hunting or overshoot during stroking which parameter will need to be adjust

If the valve is hunting, there is no option to adjust from parameters. When hunting the valve, you have to adjust the volume booster. If you have any air leaks in your valve. And if there is a problem during calibration, the valve can hunt.

Bro. I have a doubt in DP type flow txmtr FF type. In txmtr Bar graph shows inproperly. Ie, in 0% pv bar graph shows 50%, how can solve this issue.

I am sincerely sorry sir for taking a little time. Actually, I did some document analysis. But last 4 years, I have not had such a problem. I think you can recalibrate again. And if not, then you can talk to a TA or Vendor.

See After setting the minimum and maximum range, then valve will not have any problem when it is open or closed. And if you do not set minimum maximum range, then valve may be much more open when it is open. In a word, it can be set for safety of valve.
