This is the "ABBA Undeleted" track that was included in the 1994 box set Thank You for the Music, but this time I added English subtitles. This video was created to enlarge the enjoyment of listening to these songs by fans all over the world, by being able to understand what is being said. This video has no commercial intention, and was not created to earn any benifits whats so ever. All credits go to Bjorn Ulveaus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-frid Lyngstad
** Note: The title "Take a Change On Me" should of course be "Take A Chance On Me" (sorry, for the typo)

Yes.. one of mine also. waiting patiently for Benny and Bjorn to release it. I was shattered when it wasn't on Voyage. So hoping it gets released on a future compilation or better still another new album. I read that Benny never liked the song.. it was made up with parts from 2 different songs.

I agree with Benny. I was so disappointed when I first heard JLT. All that hype for an average song. Doesn't belong among the ABBA greats.

I have always loved the hamlet piece but of course it's all wonderful.ABBA were heaven sent to make our lives so enriched .They are still beautiful and I will love them forever xx

...listening now with the lyrics, you can hear the fun between them and understand what they meant when they said they would stop being ABBA when it wasn't fun anymore....the breathing control from both ladies is amazing, in "Just A Notion" they sing numerously long phrases without taking a breath!.. whew!....this is wonderful,thank you so much... 👍💯♥️🤗

"Just Like That" was given to Gemini, the pop duo of Karen & Anders Glenmark. I suspect that is the reason Abba haven't recorded their own version.

The first official release of the song (in any form) is by Swedish brother and sister duo Gemini (Karin and Anders Glenmark) on their album Gemini (1985), produced by Benny and Björn with Anders Glenmark, and released as a 1986 single. Gemini's version is heavily rewritten compared to the ABBA original, with a slower arrangement and completely different verses.

The best version would have been undeleted version with long sax opening, bridge and just repeat the chorus as they do in undeleted and maybe a coda like in when you danced with me. 2 min 30 sec single

Thank you for the subtitles! :) Even as a swede I had some difficulties making everything out. 10:22 The comedian is called Kalle Sändare ("Broadcaster Kalle"), while the pun Kalle Skändare basically means "Defiler Kalle". He was a comedian popular among musicians in the 60's. And the decision not to give "Just like that" a proper release must be the weirdest decision in music history, especially since a weaker song like "Just a notion" even was re-recorded for "Voyage".

At 4:56 & 19:12, Just A Notion from September 7th, 1978 and Just Like That from June 2nd, 1982 are my top favourite songs in this medley! Now that we have Just A Notion on Voyage complete with new music & original vocals, I’m still waiting patiently for ABBA to release Just Like That with all their unreleased works! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

"Just Like That" has been previously released and sung by GEMINI. "Here Comes Rubie Jamie" is the only time Benny sang by himself. I think they should release their own version of "Just Like That" along with a version of "Hamlet 111" which I'm certain is just the working title and not what a finished song would be called. A double-sided fast and slow version would be great.

A very slight correction to the subtitles. At the very beginning when you hear, 'this is Bjorn'. That's actually Benny. The, 'im Agnetha', is actually Frida. And the I'm Benny, is really Bjorn. Playfully and perfectly ABBA

Thanks a lot for these subtitles!😁 I have another question: Does anyone know how Undeleted was invented? Is it just a 25-minutes-ABBA working in their studio or is it composed of different recordings with (random?) talking, or messing around😉, in between the songs?

ABBA Undeleted was put together by ABBA's own sound engineer Micheal B Tretow using his own (alternate) recording tapes. It's a combination of several different studio recordings (and dates) covering the era of 1972 until 1983

ABBA Undeleted was put together and edited by Abba's own soundengineer Michael B. Tretow in 1994. It was as such released on the 4 CD box set Thank You For The Music 31 October 1994, kinda as a bonus track. These are outtakes, so have never officialy been released in the way you hear them here. Some of the songs have never been released at all!
