Abbe does Parkour 

Abbe, I think you started a new craze. Don't be surprised if indoor parkour videos start showing up on youtube. You'll have kids breaking into shopping malls, underground garages, etc.

You may not be Catwoman right now, but you will now and forever be Indoor Parkour Chick to me!! The fast running, the high jumping, the walking on hands and the slide, oh the slide!! Abbe, your are spectacular! I think I did see a security camera hanging from the ceiling. The guard probably thought with moves like that there is no way I can catch that Indoor Parkour Chick!!

Assuming they see this video, Abbe's local parkour crew are probably kicking themselves for not showing up on Tuesday. (They got served, yo!) (Hathaway too!) Glad you had fun making this. This is how it should be, after all. When you have fun, we have fun. Just keep doing your own thing, 'cause you rock.

That was pretty intense radical stuff being the human featherduster. It hurt me when you fell, lol. So much more fun, then when such a cool Parkour bozo acts like nothing matters to him and it is one giant trick routine. Fabuleux! :)

@robshimer It would seem to be (from french origins) the discipline of being able to efficiently and swiftly move around one's surroundings using acrobatic or other techniques. And I guess it's the basis for freerunning as well.
