MOD Police encounter. In my experience, always a pleasant interaction, with less sarcasm, aggression, and entitlement than a lot of the civilian police have to offer. I certainly learnt something from this encounter.
8:31 I also howled laughing at the bobby who walked off to use his radio so you couldn't hear what he was saying, and the bobby in front of you was broadcasting every word to your ears.
It's the same concept as in a hospital when the flimsy curtain is pulled so people can't hear private conversations. That flimsy cloth is fully sound proofed. Yeah like hell it is....... 😅
Hey Focus great work going to be cheeky here and pick your brains ..: supermarket self service tills now have cameras in your face. Now appreciate photography is not a crime but I take it as the data subject I can request the footage to be candid just want to hack off corporations
@@allenomalley4014 There should be a contact number for their Data Controller to request any data they have gathered on you. It's usually (and should be) on their CCTV signs.
100% agree. FPs channel could be huge if he started to put out frequent and regular content. His demeanour, knowledge and assertiveness are a lesson for every auditor in the world, let alone the UK.
You are bang on. When he says he might find it suspicious that you wont ID, he is implying that it could give him grounds to exercise Police powers. But attaching a negative consequence to the exercising of a right is to abrogate that right.
I’m just imagining a traffic cop pulling over a driver and having zero knowledge of the Highway Code and then asking the driver to explain traffic law cause the cop knows nothing about it!
I was going to comment that this interaction was surprisingly very civilised and cordial but after getting to the end of the vid’ I’m thinking this went South fast due to the Sergeant flexing his ego!
I think that what happens next is that, as usual you ran rings around him and tied him in knots. Can’t wait for part two. I’m 8000 miles away from home and so watching focus pocus is one of the few pleasures that I get.
That's the scariest thing. You don't have to give details if your doing nothing wrong, but if you don't we will think your doing something wrong. So basically you must give us your name when we ask. It seems the rules they must follow don't exist.
You're not obliged to ID, but we find that suspicious, so you're guilty in our eyes until you can Prove your innocence. The complete opposite of, the actual law," innocent until proven guilty".
This is one of the best things that has happened since auditors were brave enough to educate us all on our rights !!!!, no one has to give up their personal information to anyone let alone police unless you have broken a law !!!!!
@@ronaldstewart7494 l would like to hear from anyone who hasn't identified themselves when they haven't been filming them . Think it would be a different scenario, getting physical and intimidation would appear as no one recording their behaviour.
FP weaving his magic helping to keep us all FREE. "Hey, let's investigate this summary (petty) offence and not bother with all the other serious crimes being committed"
He's got the balance just right, he's jokey and assertive, without that cringy new American emulating habit, used by some auditors of calling the police" sir", they see that as being fearful and a weakness They treat you like shit, talk to you with too much familiarity.and they get called "sir". They lap it up ,and it gives them a hard on.
If you haven’t watched part 2 yet - drop everything for a masterclass! Outstanding example of being prepared and verbal delivery of complex legalese on an epic scale! 👍👍👍
"We want your ID because we want to make sure you're not taking photos of people's faces and number plates" ffs where do you even go when you've got coppers as clueless as this. Just imagine what they tell the public who don't know the law
That place was known as the MOD Procurement executive. I was involved in the construction of it in the 1990's. Most days up to my neck in wet clay yuc! It was said that anything the military needed to purchase from a Harrier Jump jet to a ball point pen was sourced and purchased through that site. It was like a miniature town, for the workers there were gym's, shops, a library even a creche where your kids could be looked after while you were at work!
@@reccerat4446 I can quite well believe it. I used to trade in military surplus but it got to the stage where a used military item would cost 3 x more than its civilian counterpart!
I worked for the MoD for a bit (mainly just to keep the bank manager happy) and I started at Defence Clothing IPT at Caversfield, went to Abbey Wood a few times for training and twice for interviews. Yes, a big dose of common sense would save a lot of money.
I did the same. I still follow the likes of Withams but how they can justify the prices is unbelievable. Then of course on top of the purchase price there is 30%+ to pay in commission and taxes! I enjoyed the game but it became increasingly difficult to buy at a price where even a small profit could be made.
By far without a doubt the best auditor out. Not rude doesn't go looking to wind the police up trying to get reaction for his videos. All the other auditors try their best to wind people up. This order to only have a treats the police the way he is treated by them. Keep up the good work if you can manage it more videos please you provide great entertainment.
Before I watch part two, I have to say respect to the first to cop's (let me see if I still have the same respect for them, after the next episode). I have watched you FP from your begining's as an auditor, and have commented on how much I enjoy your video's you publish. So from me thank you.
I was so hoping those first two policemen were going to be awkward just to hear some of the one liners that would come back to them. Fair play to them they seemed decent and it was good to hear some good banter between you all. 👍
8:12 One thing I'm starting to say quite frequently is "if anyone mentions a drone license then they've just proved that they know nothing about drones and the regulations surrounding them".
I wondered why there were life preservers by the path but then you mentioned the Disneyesque lakes. So this is the new defence system - going back to the good old moat.
Not even started this one yet, and I seriously have got popcorn 🍿 for this next premiere coming right up. Just at the right time when it’s just all doom + gloom. Thanks FP, for brightening the cr4ppy weekend up, superb timing. Legend
Its funny because we watched hocus pocus with our daughter for her first time today and I was thinking of your content. Then we are graced with more content!
It’s astonishing they always ask if an auditor is with a company. Why would or should that make any difference? If something is legal or not, whether you’re with a company or not shouldn’t make a difference.
interesting, I'd guess because companies are more regulated, kinda like at a traffic stop, cop will ask where your heading and fish with questions to identify if its for work... edit ahh ckboy answered it
Never give your ID they put you on a data base. Being on that data base is a huge inconvenience and leads to harassment. It might seem trivial but believe me it’s not. I’ve been strip searched twice have never travelled without being searched in some form and put in a holding cell at an airport. I’ve been photographed, followed and car stopped. Those reading this may disbelieve me. I’ve given up telling people as they think I’m a fantasist. I’m a 70yr old grandmother never committed a crime so maybe that’s understandable but it happens to people who defend their rights.
Correct. Amazing how "We're just having a chat; what's your name." turns into "I see you were questioned for anti-social activity a year ago." simply because you gave your details to police when it was not legally required for you to do so. _Everything_ you tell them is recoded for potential use against you in the future, and they cannot be trusted with anything.
No, your being paranoid. Well thats the claim by those that don't notice that they are. CONcils, DWP, INLAND REVENUE and others use direct and indirect methods to gather evidence to justify their suspicion/opinions of something that doesn't comply with their understanding of a situation. They are corrupt and think every one else must be. I returned home at midnight to my parents house. Something wasn't right! All quiet no one around that i could see but i felt i was being watched! Sure enough, later i received a "Bill of Costs" from my exes Divorce Solicitors (the maggot asked for one) with a bill for private investigators. I did not pay! Google street view is one way too. Caught the same CONcil person on our land twice by our CCTV. Looking in our windows. Nothing to hide nothing to fear.? So doubters ask TIMOTHY EVANS if innocent, A jounalist recording a protest this week, kidnapped and jailed. Forced entry to his house and searched without a warrant ? What did his wife and child have to fear. Its ok he was released without charge so its ok. IS IT ?
Quite hilarious when the other cop walks away to have a private conversation on his radio, only for the other cop's radio to clearly blurt out the entire convo. LMAO
Another great video audit 👍. Good cop polite but fishing. Bad cop got ID lmao 🤣 but aventurly both came round and both ended up acting professional. The last cop was all business. Till your next post stay safe 🙏
Honestly you are the best at being calm and collected and turning the police subbtle interigatin tactics on themselves. I'm thinking you could publish more videos where the got the best of you and it didn't go well. I'd still love to see those ones because all then are funny good or bad
Turferry & Beams sounds like a new cop show for channel 5 two maverick cops hit the mean streets of middle England seeking out criminal drone flyers involved in creating mayhem with their sub 250gms ripping it up viewing rooftops and trees large and small. Wild man….
"Are you aware its a summary offense"... to leave us on that cliff hanger? How very dare you! I just hope the next video has you answering "Is it an offense in Spring, Autumn and Winter as well?"
They're obviously taught in Training to use the word 'obviously' as many times as they can in an encounter. Back at the Station there's obviously a small prize for the winner!
Yea this video was a pleasant watch and a good listen two officer’s who seemed good sports then up pops the SGT at then end here we go out comes the ego look forward to part 2
