June-September is the rainy season in Nepal, and there are many bad conditions during the offseason
🌳 Total schedule: 4 nights and 5 days
Day 1: Jinuanda - Sister-in-law (4 hours and 30 minutes)
Day 2: Sister-in-law - Deurali (10 hours)
On the way from SINWA to Deuraly

Overall, ABC Trekking's physical strength is the most important thing
At my hiking level, it wasn't easy to climb up and down the mountain for 5 days with a 9kg bag weight 🥲

From what I've heard, it's altitude sickness that you can avoid if you try.
That's why the body slowly adjusts to the alpine mountains and tells them to climb slowly.
