Among all the other videos posted in youtube for ABC soup, this is the only correct recipe and method for ABC soup. Same as 17 years ago when my aunty made this for me
The Chinese name for ABC soup is called 罗宋汤, which is also Borscht soup of Ukraine and Russian origin. Borscht is beet soup i.e beet as main ingredients, whereas ABC soup has 3 main ingredents which are Carrot(vitamin A), Potato(vitamin B) and Tomato(vitamin C).
Tiziano de matteis yeah I love rosemary and leeks and stuff herbs and stuff in my soup too but this is more like a Asian style soup. So they don't really use all that. You can tell by the lack of seasoning and flavours this version of abc soup is really bland
you got that wrong mate. Asians soups have a lot more flavors and is alot more complex then western soups. food on a whole in asia has alot more flavor and complex the soup they are making is bland, meaning tasteless, the flavor of the soup itself is really neutral already. so you have to add some flavoring in it to make it not taste like water on it own
El capitane actually that is EXACTLY how many Italians would do chicken soup and the soup itself does not strike me as Asian (except for the fact that it was done by an Asian person in Asia, but they have done some Western recipes, so that did not seem weird at all.)
