great job Stevie is doing at Rangers - as a Liverpool fc fan , i would love Rangers to win the league and if Gerrard could get Morelos more disciplined (and keep him at rangers - which could be a big ask if Prem teams start coming) that could be a wining partnership for years and much a bonus to also have Defoe up and getting goals already - look good for them

Defoe has been one hell of a striker over the past 15yrs or so. He will hold records for scoring a number of goals every season and where ever he goes. He is always quick to react and a proper finisher.

Sending both McKenna and Morelos off was the right call, Morelos should get a longer ban for his ridiculous rolling on the ground. Allan McGregor also probably should have seen red

@Christopher Kents Love Child Part 3 sounds like a reasonable analysis with zeros show of bias here. The comment could even have been from a rangers supporter who took the blue goggles off actually. Not everyone in Scotland supports either Celtic or the rangers. (Yeah unlikely, as it calls for a longer Morelos ban - but in terms of wording).

Kent should be a squad player for liverpool next season. This season with rangers clearly helped him develop and he's been way more consistent in comparison to previous loan spells. I hope Klopp is paying attention to him and Wilson. Both could be decent rotation players.

@@John_17x there was no actual contact. But it doesn't change the red for McKenna being right. Morelos got red for what came before, not going neymar after. Although he spent a lot of time roly poling before that. It's 2-4. We get it. It flatters you, but it is the reault. No one is crying, except those that think Morelos should not have been sent off himself.

Liverpool players are on a higher wage scale than Rangers players. It would be nice for the Scottish Premier League to have more star players, but I doubt any Liverpool player would want to take a pay cut to join Rangers.

I'll be honest, I don't see any contact between McKenna's boot an Morelos' head. It's definitely a red for lashing out but I think Alfredo's made a meal of it. However there's no doubt there's a deliberate stamp on McKenna's balls, which is an easy red.
