I'm French so I'm good with French oak! Jokes aside, I find it to be a great value for 27€, lots of different notes and easy to couple with sweets or chocolate.

I can get wet and damaged if any drops slide down the bottle over the label

Aberlour 10 was my gateway whisky, and I have had their whole range on my whisky journey, but I am becoming so disillusioned with their output. There are so many distilleries producing more interesting and better quality whiskies, often at better value; it is so disappointing. 😔

Yyyyyep... wasn't expecting much from this dram... their 12 year old is quite unremarkable. Their 16 year is just okay too. It's not until you get to the 18 year that you get something really special. ... FIRST, by the way! :D
