I would like to thank my Xingyi students who took part in this vid. I preformed gun fa 滾法, while student Ran Golani did his best to mimic this.
Correction process included:
Correcting the front stance (gong bu) by an imagery of an arrow
head.
Changing the angle of the rear feet to the correct one.
Using the paper roll in order to stabelize the front knee.
Using the heavy Baoding balls (Baoding Jianshen Qiu 保定健身球) for wrist mobility.
Finally quality control.
