This happened to me. Got pregnant from ivf/embryo transfer with tested embryos on 9/21. Miscarried on 10/11. Probably was my egg because I have pcos and this thing is a terrible disease to have. Hubbys sample was perfect. Next transfer is 1/25 and I really hope it goes better this time.
We have done PGT-A tests, we have repeatedly transferred genetically good blastocysts and we failed. We have done all tests possible. We have resorted to a surrogate mother and our blastocyst stuck at the very first attempt and developed very well. My wife has done ERA test 3 times and the result came: once, post receptive and twice, non-informative. Why is my wife s endometrium non receptive? Is she not responding to progesterone? If so, why? She has no got endometriosis, polips, cancer, infection, anything. She only has ankylosing spondylitis but she took Prednison during IVF protocols; she also has a problem with MTHFR C677T, but the levels of homocysteine in her blood are normal and she is taking folate. Is there an explanation?
Thanks for the video. I did a pgta but the lab told me they cannot identify if abnormal choromosome was caused by maternal / paternal. So are you saying pgta can tell which side of the defects comes from?
