Ato Weldeab Weldemariam was a great Tigrinya literacy writer of his time. He uses to oppose Ethiopian rule in Eritrea, wrote articles in the Tigrinya newspapers about his opposition to the Ethiopian rules for that he was exiled to Egypt and lived there until the death of President Sadat and he moved to Italy and joined Hafesh wedbat of EPLF. He has never been a member of the revolutionary organizations, let alone be the Eritrean revolution's father. He uses to have a religious and ethnic bias. We need to honor the true fathers of the Eritrean revolution such as Idris Mohammed Adem, Osman Sali Sab, Tuku Yahdgu, Abraham Tewolde, and other great Eritrean heroes.
