About Prospect Burma scholarship applications 

Do we need to reapply for the following years if we get the scholarship for this year? And for the rest of the years,is there certain application process for the scholars who already got scholarship or the same process as the new applicants ?

I'm wondering that your organization still accept the students who haven't hold passport yet to apply for scholarship. Although, you demonstrated that it's ok if we haven't got passport in this video. Some people are talking the students who haven't hold passport yet are not eligible for applying for this scholarship.
