Hey, thanks for the video ! Your system looks very cool, I'm definitely going to try using something of this DIY style with the tarp and simple ropes :)
Thanks for showing and explaining your pulk! I rent an Acapulka in the last days that worked also fine. But with the fixing system from the tubes to the belt I wasn't happy at all. Your system seems to be easier! Heini
Hey Erik, just found this video, must have missed it in the winter and it was great. Bye the way I would like to give you and your videos five thumbs up. Cheers Tom
Fantastic Erik, great piece of gear and I love the coffee making. I have the same kettle as you for camping and I thought mine was black until I saw yours!.
The Pulk allows one to carry a 30 pack of beer deep in the forest, of course in an insulated bag to prevent freezing...that coupled with a bottle of whisky should supply all your beverage needs
Hej Franz. I saw your video. It looks very practical to have your whole sleep system in a bag like that! And the tent also. I will try something similar :) Atb Erik
Thanks for great film. What kind of material is the pvc- tubes made of? Some sort of plumming pipes? This was great inspiration to build my own hauling shaft for my Segebaden pulk
Thank you so much for your amazing videos, Erik!! What is the lenght of the pipes? I'm following your advice and building the drag system too. Thank you!!
Erik님 안녕하세요! It is especially cold this winter in Korea. I would like to have such equipment and go through beautiful snow field s, but I don't really have the environment or culture to live there. Instead, the equipment is used to slide the sled down a family scale, such as an amusement park. Erik walks through the snow field. You shouldn' t get depressed. Take care of your health and stay warm.
Hello Erik and thanks for all your super cool videos! and of course for your "morning coffees, holy moment" :) I followed your advice for building the pulka traction system. But I have a question: what is the length of the plastic tubes? happy New Year and continue these beautiful videos! Gott nytt år 2021
Great videos! And I really appreciate you sharing your setup. I have something similar, and I cross the poles, but I'm struggling with keeping the pulk from dragging me down when traversing the side of a hill (yes, it is rather heavy with wood for a fire). I tried some angle iron that I screwed into the bottom, but it didn't work very well. Wondering if you have a solution for that?
S m a r t construktion... Own that pulk, but I have no dragsystem. Now I know how to make one. Do you think it´s possible to use a regular wide leatherbelt or is a backpack needed?
I built a pulk very similar to yours years ago to pull our daughter on the snow. I can't remember if I crossed the plastic pipes though. These are very popular straps in America. Made by Voile skis in Utah state. www.voilestraps.com.
Looks cold from here :p good stuff dude enjoying your videos :) Also was curious would it be viable to over modify and use the sled as a sleeping mat in a way? to get your off the bold floor? like adding a thermo mat to the sled, given its long enough for you to lay in/on
It's unbelievable he has such a low count of subscribers, shows the world is full of dumbs, any random stupid content gets millions of views, and here such a masterpiece gets only 22000?
