Nice video again. Well crafted, but with a simple style in keeping with your trip. Just watching this gives such a peaceful feeling , that life can be so simple at times. I had deep snow in March like that, really makes it hard with a pulk. But I still can’t wait to get out again in March. Thank you for these videos.
Just found your channel tonight. Looks great. I just bought a pulk sled for winter backpacking. I use a floorless tipi with a stovejack and I burn a titanium wood stove to maintain warmth inside
The other night I was listening to this with my eyes closed, just sound only. I didn't need to see the video to 'see' the visual narrative. I could 'see' it through the sounds 😊
This is great - I'm native German and do not understand any word. But one can somehow feel what the meaning is of what you speak. One day I will move to the north. The sooner the better. Looking forward to it! Not only my two Malamutes will love it - I will too!
Enjoyed the video very much so peaceful quiet nature under snow ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️Always waiting for coffee ☕️ time so nice 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️☃️👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋🔥🔥
Hi Erik, I find if I attach a headstap cord to the center front point of the ( sled) polk, it tracks much better and it takes some of the weight off my lower back and moves it down the centerline of my body. Great video, keep on trekking.
Nice vid mate. I love camping in the winter, when there are few people around. In many place around Europe, they don't allow or don't like fires, a real nuisance, because most stoves won't light below -10C (as I found out a number of times). Also, you have much better gaiters (overboots?) than anything I have.
Hey ! Says the Canadian Your small igloo is still a Hilleberg red patch expensive igloo, good igloo, ok it is brown,, but hey ! comfort is the main objective, in Canadian north we make it in snow lol
Vad är nu detta? "A REAL WINTER CAMPER"". Ser sjukt trevligt ut att se dig med pulkan i den snörika terrängen, jag tycker själv att en stabil pulka att köra utrustningen på gör hela skillnaden på vinterturen..keep upp the good work..
Love your videos! I’m mostly doing short overnight walks in the Swiss alps where I live. Serious question: what is the best environmentally responsible way to poop in the wilderness after your holy morning coffee?
Thanks Federico. I choose a place where no one will be disturbed by it, and instead of paper I use moss and natural things. I don't know if that's the best way, but that's how I do it :)
Good vid you know how to camp steak veggies and potatoes with a cup of coffee now that's camping in style makes me feel kneed to go camping good stuff what kind of bloddy insect was that looks lie some kind of spider don't like spiders
