Trinity asked me to remove my video lessons which showed their books, owing to copyright issues. It may be one day that I try and look at another way of covering the lessons, but I'm afraid it won't be for some time until I think about that.
Thank you very much! I'm currently preparing for the LRSM performance test. Recently revisited some parts of Grade 5 theory. I was just wondering, would it be worth it to study Grade 6 theory if I'm interested in it? I've heard it's quite a big jump...
It is a very big jump, for sure - but none the worse for that! In my opinion, this is where it gets really interesting. If you're performing at LRSM level it would certainly be a good companion to deepen your knowledge of music. My advice is to not be afraid to learn by your mistakes, and to be prepared to work through each exercise several times, gradually improving your technique. If you join my Patreon channel, everything you need is right there, and if you find that you don't want to continue, or maybe want to take a break, you can stop your subscription at any time. (In fact I think you can just sign up for a month at a time - I'm not sure, but you can definitely dip in and out as suits you best.) Best wishes for your LRSM!!!
