My wife bought me a bottle of this couple of years ago i really liked it , its not Fragrance i would choose for a night out , more of a daily fragrance for me , just picked up another bottle for daily use as i dont want be using £60 Fragrances such as my hugo boss for daily use that for Special occasions also £20 for 110ml so good vaule.
I find the opening a little harsh but I love the drydown. Lots of sandalwood and cocoa. Fairly modest projection but lasts a good 6 hours, longer on clothes. The kind of fragrance that makes people go "mmm you smell good" when they hug you. So cheap it's basically free. I honestly think it's a bit of a hidden gem.
Scheduled a meeting with a fellow Cologne collector and I'm also picking this up for $10. As a fragrance connoisseur, I’ve come to realize that absolute gems are hidden under low price tags and as a consumer I LOVE that. I refuse to buy anything that’s popular bc 7/10 guys for example will all be wearing savauge LOL.
This was my youth scent which I was often using for nights. I liked the vibe that it gave me this kind of warm, boozinese and pleasing. Not too much not too less. Not too fresh for the night. Only negative point in the end it will give you only this flat vibe. This development in the end is not very sophisticated. The start should be transferred better. But I like it dispite this little disadvantage. In the beginning it even reminds me little bit of Le male in that term of freshness vibe. This specific Le male smell from its beginning. What could this be. Is it ment. But there is no ment. 😅
Just received a bottle yesterday for a Christmas present, and I find this an absolute beautiful scent 🥰🥰🥰. As I'm typing this comment another bottle will be being prepared at Chemist Warehouse ✌️✌️✌️. Have you tried Cool Water PARFARM? It beats CW EDT and Intense hands down.
Cool Water Parfum is definitely a more modern spin on a fresh and clean scent. Very mass appealing and versatile. A lot of influence from Dior Sauvage.
