I respect and agree with so many of your favourites choices. You described the RMS bronzer so well, I feel the same, but couldn't put my finger on why I liked it so much. I also agree about the Ilia mascara and didn't realize why until you mentioned the fact that it feels weightless on the lashes 💕

hi Michele, thank you for doing this video on cleaner beauty options. I think it is important to look at all the ingredients we are using and think about where they come from(and how they breakdown), also great to consider reusable packaging where ever possible (thank you Kjaer Weis). I agree with you about the Tower 28 Lip Jelly, I have the Lip Jelly in sheer berry, it is excellent (too bad about the plastic packaging, but the product is so nice to wear).

Hey Michele! Big fan of your channel! I like your videos because they are honest, straight to the point and mature (if you know what I mean😄). I also watched your May favorite video. just want to recommend a product to you. I have monolid eyes and straight, short Asian lashes. I have been using Cle de Peau Perfect Lash Mascara and I LOVE IT! It is expensive but worth every penny. It give you volume, separation, length and holds the curls! You can build it up And won’t smudge. And trust me, you would not feel you are wearing thick mascara.

I love the Buriti bronzer too! My fave from Kosas is the concealer or the jellyfish gloss... I picked up the warm Roen quad the other day and its REALLY nice...loving it for a one shade finger applied quick look... My favorite from Ilia is for sure the true serum skin tint, it looks amazing on me.. The tower 28 fire gloss is so nice, also have the pink, xoxo and Im not a pink person... their orange cream blush is great too, finally got my hands on one! Ive only got 2 things from Lilah B, a lip and cheek, which i feel like is ok, but I got the brown one and its darker than I hoped, and their concealer looks kind of dry on me, but I adore the pebble packaging... and .I really look forward to your videos and appreciate your opinions, Before I buy something I always check with you and Mel T first!!! Just bought the Dior forever skin correct yesterday because of your raves on it, and you are right its so good!

You hit the nail about mascara and now I will try the ilia. My eyes have gotten so sensitive the past 2 years that I am not able to use any mascara. It’s not like I ever used mascara a lot because I really don’t like the sticky, or thick or hard (ok, sorry but my adjectives are beginning to sound suspiciously naughty 😂) texture on my lash , eventho I used to apply whatever little lightly. Thank you for describing the feel of ilia mascara, it sounds like it will work for me.

The Radiant Bronzing Gel from Chantecaille has the same unusual purply red tone on me which ends up looking quite lovely 💖 and the Ilia mascara is literally the only mascara that doesn't smudge on me while doing facials(with steam)

I would love to see a video on your favorite green beauty lipstick formulas. I just bought and received the La Bouche Rouge Nude Red and so far this brand is my favorite green beauty lipstick formula. I also like the Kosas lipsticks. They feel like lip balms, but with a good amount of pigment. I find I have been purchasing more lipsticks than anything else during Covid 19 as they make me feel good.

Enjoyed this video! Unfortunately a lot of "clean" brands use coconut oil or essential oils which my skin does not like at all. I can use something with coconut oil or a derivative occasionally (Kypris Elixir III) but other times it is a no go. Love your look today.

I tried the mini-size of the Ilia mascara based on Michelle's glowing recommendation. It lengthens and volumizes beautifully, especially since I have pitiful lashes. BUT by the end of the day, it will give me raccoon eyes. Not as bad as other mascaras but enough for me to never purchase again, especially given the price. It doesn't flake, just the smudging on the corners of the eyes. On the other hand, it does come off like a dream when using just normal facewash. The brush is pretty harsh on the eyelid as well if you are coating from the roots out. Overall, if you're going to try this mascara, definitely get the mini size one but my personal search for a HG mascara continues.

Another product is Patrick Ta blushes. I know how much you like blushes just like I do. And you like sheer wash of colors. I saw your video one day mentioning you didn’t like the swatch in the Sephora. That’s exactly how I felt but I gave it a chance because Wayne Goss said it was sheer and build able, which I love. Since I tried it, I have been reaching for it and I bought all the colors. They are just so beautiful and look luxurious on your face. Never flat. I really love your content, Michele and also this video! I trust your recommendations and opinions. But "clean beauty"??? What does it even mean? there is no "dirty beauty" which it seems to imply. "clean beauty" is empty marketing term and promotes dangerous ideas such as using essential oils and all natural ingredients in products that can be not only ineffective, but also very irritating compared to science led products that have chemical ingredients. I understand brands in their promotion doing scaremongering about "nasty ingredients" that seemingly gives their products competitive edge, but i don't understand influencers and beauty blogger/vloggers following the same road. "Clean" is a marketing term and has no clear science or evidence based definition, meaning it is up to each and every brand to decide what they want it to mean. This lack of continuity means consumers probably aren't getting what they think they are getting for their 💰💰
