Absolute Points - What Are they in the MCU? 

What is the deal with Absolute Points in the MCU. X-Men 97 recently brought up this concept in Episode 8 with Cable. It has been mentioned before in the What If? Animated Series. We've also seen something similar in the Sonyverse with Canon Events in Spider Man Across the Spider Verse. SO what's the deal with them? Can they be broken? and how many canon events are there in the MCU?
