Technically, Deadpool's swords are Ninjatō. They are often mistaken for katanas, even sometimes drawn with a slight curve, similar to Leonardo's swords. Ninjatō are approximately 2 feet long, single-edged, and straight. On the other hand, a katana is 3 feet long, making it nearly impossible to draw from one's back. I have personally attempted this and found that the human arm simply does not extend far enough to draw a katana from the back. I do not believe this clarification detracts from your video's main points. Regardless of whether they are katanas or Ninjatō, your arguments remain valid. Considering the diverse martial arts styles he has mastered, it is plausible that he developed his two-blade fighting technique over time.

Katanas are super forgiving cuters thats what makes them really good weapons, he dosent need to be a dedicated expert, to be profficient whit them, and whit his healing factor he can just get unlimited experience.

Actually most Katanas are one of the swords that ignore the sliding off your hand problem it's handle is normal tightly wrapped by fabric in a patern that helps you have a better grip which would make it difficult to slide off your barehands especially when you use it longer your hands will sweat and be sticky Though probably still won't apply to Deadpool he uses I think leather or spandex gloves gloves with padding for gripping but doesn't do well with fabric if I'm not wrong

Deadpool using katanas wasn't until a bit later. Liefeld first drew him with more European-like swords(more like Messer swords actually) and also with really large bowie knives/machetes. In the movies when he pulls out the swords they look more like the size of a Wakizashi. I think he wasn't drawn with Katanas until Deadpool #1 1993 by Joe Madureira, but I could be wrong.
