I've got similar setups with my Tippmann coronis. I'm rocking high psi scuba tanks and nylon covered steel ball's. Very satisfied and didn't have to break the bank.

@@canadariotballs1283 i think the pressured air has double up to 4 times more power( psi) than CO2 .Joules x 2- 4. And way out of league of any CO2 powered arm.

Cool build and all but you can cut up chicken with a butter knife. I suggest a beef eye of round or rump roast the meat is denser and tougher that should provide a proper test median. Relatively inexpensive as well and almost always has some kind of sale going on them at most grocery stores.

In colder weather I would only use HPA tank for the T15. You could use a pig with a shirt ans jacket on top of it to get better results. Criminals rarely run around in the middle of the winter with no shirt on. Good video, stay safe out there.

Strongly recommend hpa for anyone seeing this now. Hpa will be reliable, consistent and x2-4 power. Use CF20 mags. They’re extremely reliable. 20 rounds. I play paintball a lot and I have a T-15, FSC, EMF100 and a Tippy 98 custom. I also use 9mm-.45ACP but to each their own. My paintball guns run better on compressed air, carbon fiber tanks.

Great video , great test. I have also fsc, with shaped ammo, works pretty good for me. The only problems this gun is to big to get it with you. I wish I could get similar power with my S&W 0.43 cal. But I find nothing amount upgrades :(

Interesting demonstration. My 16g CO2 mags would work nicely with that setup. I tune it so I get 8 full power shots. Approx 30j per. Got some 10 round mags coming soon as well.

@@canadariotballs1283 It will probably be early next week. I have a new mag going out to my tester here in the UK and I want to make sure he signs off on the improvements. You'll get around 8 full powered shots with 16g. The mag is 8 shots but im also doing a 10 shot version which wil probs be popular with paintballers but its a big long for Self Defence imo. Im going to do a deal on the carbine and the rifle kit when I got the mag sorted so you'll get the shroud, grip, top rail and the mag all included. But I want to be 100% sure these mags are durable and feed well. I've thrown out all my chinese filament and I only use filament sourced in the EU now so that will help on that front. When its sorted ill drop you a message. I personally love the FSC and I think 16g is the way to go as you get a full power mag.

@@canadariotballs1283 Yeah ive been working on a stock that screws on the same way the ASA does. Im trying to find ways to make it super strong. If I cant I think what ill do is actually just thread it into the ASA directly. Ive been experimenting on a folding version too that locks closed with powerful magnets. :) For me the benefit of the FSC for me is having the gas in the mag. Each new mag has its own supply which makes sense. So having a folding stock keeps it nice and compact. For longer range engagements you have the likes of the Milsig M17 which I also have and do mods for.

The Firearms owners always sh*t on us for using less lethal defense but look at the trama these non breakable balls with enough FPS cause. If you can still fight after taking 1-2 twenty round mags of these I would be pretty surprised and would then have to use the baseball bat, knife, or pepper spray.

@@faxx5155 I just Google it and a big box paintball store had them in stock cost me like $600 I fire nylon riot rounds out of them it is actually really accurate.. can hit and tear up a bear can at around 40ft pretty easy. My home defense mag has Peppermill rounds and riot rounds mixed in it...

Mimsy Jewpacabra i have found that pre loading 1 ball in the breech to make a total of 9 shots stops the balls from falling out of the front of the barrel .

@@canadariotballs1283 It works. I'm 6'3" so it's like doing 200+ squats. You feel it the next day. I bought the VKS recently and I'm completely new to HPA. I love the CO2 system for the FSC/TCP but HPA is so smooth and consistent it is really worth the extra effort and power for the rifled formats.

What could case an air Leake? I have a small knick in one of my Orings but it'd never been a problem before ? Could the knock just got slightly worse and resulting in orange replacement? I put heat core o rings in motor. From grimburg. I make sure volt it's forward. When I gas it . It can still fire but it also leaks . Better or worse depending on how much I've turned regulator screw any ideas

Can you get this gun monstered up with the AR type mags? I'd rather not have to get different size mag pouches when going from real steel to less lethal applications. Plus I don't like the MP AK is mag release lever, would rather continue using the AR style release button since it translates much better to my real steel bio mechanics.

I'm new to less-lethal as I've only ever trained to use real AR15/M4 and Glocks, and your videos have been the most detailed and educational I've seen so far...SUBSCRIBED! I work as a fugitive recovery agent in Hawaii and a few of my teammates use the VKS, but the ones I've seen on your channel look like they are better suited for the close ranges we encounter between urban and triple canopy jungle. We get lots of fugitives hiding in the jungle out here. The T15 you have customized in this video seems ideal, especially at up to 42J. I'm just wondering if you can customize them to use the AR mags my team mates and I are familiar with due to DOD etc training and experience. We'd rather not have to change our biomechanics and become proficient with an unfamiliar platform. Otherwise is there an AR variant of the M17 that can be customized to perform at 46-55J as you stated above? Thanks for the help!

I'm convinced the set-up you have is the very thing my agency needs, as all three of our VKS systems have had more failures than I care to count. In fact, one is in the shop being repaired right now from one single training event. They cost too much money to have reliability issues like that. I'm going to discuss with my chief making your company our official Less-Lethan projectile advisors and suppliers. I don't know what Canada's exporting policies are on these systems, but I'd rather order custom models from you and have them shipped here. I just got a Valken M17, saw some of your vids, got the set screw and finally found my spare bumper, neither yet installed, got the 1100psi reg with 13ci bottle and the asa on off is on the way. I want to do some vids, but I am probably too lazy. I could only find the Stainless Steel Set screw, hope it holds the pressure. I did want to say I appreciate your work, and I may be checking back for pointers, if that's cool. I will certainly watch your vids. Have you thought of duplicating the Chicken shoot with the Valken + 4g and 9.9g balls? That T15 and FSC ate it up. Also, is the FSC as powerful as the Valken?

What upgrades is needed for such results? Only a barrel and a spring and you reach 40 joules with the pistol? I am interested but I hesitate with the umarex t4e hdr but there is many upgrades to do to it to reach 30 joules. Do you have an opinion?

Once you insert your CO2 and open the lid by twisting. How long would it last. Ex; can you fire two shots then fire another two shots 30mins later using the same CO2 ? or do you just have to fire all the rounds within two minutes?

Hey brother, in 1:42 of the video you mentioned how some are having issues with the balls falling out from the barrel. I also was testing out a 9' inch barrel & was experiencing the same. Why is that? & what can I do to prevent that?

When I looked at the barrel & noticed it was missing those two rubber things, I was like, this is gotta be the reason. I'll just have to stick with the stock barrel till I can get a new 9'inch barrel.

He got paid and you got some decent content! 👌 Yea try get hold of a good pork joint that's on the bone. It's be the perfect representation. Put a bit of clothing over it. Personally I'd be interested to see what it does against denim/jeans and puffy winter coats? 🤔 As you've mentioned before, there's so much more then getting a marker and tuning it up. If it ever comes to a point that you need to use your marker there's so many factors that come into the situation you might be in. Might be dark, more then one attacker/burglar, fear and adrenaline, ect, ect.... loads of different factors come into it and training has to be an ongoing practice with these weapons, otherwise you do limit their ability of effectiveness massively. So, what about some videos on correct grips, when and when not to shine your weapons light, weapon manipulation around obstacles and doorways, corridors ect. I could literally talk all day about this sh*t! 🤣🤣🤣 I absolutely love. I had 10 years in private security and close protection, so would be happy to help with advice if you ever wanted to go down that route with videos as well?

Hey bro I just bought a mercury rise with the rubber riot balls for self defense in my home and the rubber balls keep falling out the barrel and sometimes shoots twice and the gun and balls are both .50 cal any advice on what I should do?

@@canadariotballs1283 I got a mercury rise paintball gun but tbh the hopper it recommended on Amazon unfortunately didn’t fit so I just taped it on there and I noticed when I left it up in my walk in closet the balls was randomly rolling down the barrel but I had it slanted downward so I when to shoot it the other day and it was shooting twice rapidly Kind of like a fast 2 round burst but when I first got my marker and got my co2 filled at first I shot it in my yard a couple of times and it ran perfect and I’ve always had it tightened to the highest FPS witch is 436 FPS so it’s been tripping me out thanks for the reply just trying to get some info from a pro with these situations

i have a valken m17 16" rifled barrel with grimburg projectiles. its brutal but at the same time i wouldn't want to get in a firefight with someone with a firearm with this type of weapon. this is the problem with less lethal you're assuming your opponent is also less lethal but they could have a knife or gun and sometimes you can't stop adrenaline with anything short of a real high power firearm hit on center body mass or head. if im in a firefight im going straight to the firearm and straight for center body mass or head. fuck a paintball gun for defense. fun to play with though and you can shoot critters in your yard with them. fighting for your survival against a violent assailant isn't a game.

No, someone on RU-vid compared the First strike pistol with the Umerex revolver 0.5 cal. Big difference. The Umerex seemed a lot more powerful firing from the same distance. Search them up. Or even better make a RU-vid video comparing one or two of your most valued pistols with the Umerex revolver 0.5 cal. I’ll watch and share!
