Not even, just throw theo, wavedash, then grab him slightly late and throw again

I think you can also do the flying battery tech (I forget the actual name) where you throw Theo, wave dash, dash up left, and re grab, then throw again

Good question! The room is possible to go only with debug menu. (or maybe there is somewhere a trigger-teleport to get here, we just didnt discover it yet.) For now, only way is F6 (Debug Menu)
