Abusing the wulfrum glitch to defeat Old Duke in Pre-HM 

Ok, I've finished watching, the dedication is unreal, honestly I expected more than 87 attempts since I've watched your other videos, but that is still an extremely hard and insane challenge, you even memorized Old Duke's patterns, this is truly phenomenal

I saw the railgun and thought "Ha, that's gonna be a lot of damage. Wait, isn't there knockba-" and then you shot across the entire world in a single second. Had me dying laughing. Love your content, JFL. Don't stress too hard, now.

When you were looking for Sunfury, you could've gone to the Brimstone biome straight away cause of chests there containing guaranteed drops. You probably realized it when you found it, but just saying it to the folks out there looking for specific items from Shadow chests.

Absolutely immaculate editing on this! I've always been a big sucker for the "events happen to the beat" style, but all the other tiny edits throughout (such as the incredibly clean transition between the blood moon lava pits) elevate this to an insane degree! I especially love the section at 16:16, the Sunfury trails all lining up and moving in unison was such a satisfying sight.

This is one of the most balanced calamity weapons of all time. Almost as balanced as the Mounted Scanner was.

It took you less tries to beat Old Duke in prehardmode than I took for moonlord while maxed out. This is phenomenal

Got this randomly recommended to me -- never heard of you before yet it's strangely nostalgic actually. A few years ago I did almost this exact thing with vanilla Fishron in 1.3 and also decided to pour my soul into editing the video to explore that as a potential hobby. I ultimately decided against hobbyist content creation (I'm currently a CS student), but this video serves for me as a really interesting window into both what I could've been and that same inspiration hitting someone else to embrace their passion and be able to just chill with a community that way. And I've got to say, you've done a mighty fine job with this video. The editing work and pacing fits well, and I could roughly follow what was going on the whole time even though I haven't played Terraria since 1.4 release month and Calamity even longer. So in light of all that, you've earned another YT sub and I wish you success and happiness in your future endeavors, whatever that means to you from a random internet stranger :)

Correction: It got patched. Sorry, was under the impression the update was coming with 1.4.4 but it was earlier. Sorry. I feel obligated to mention the no accessory run is continuing. It's still a major focus, but I want to finish side projects I've been sitting on for the last couple months to a year before that. So you'll be seeing a lot of pokemon vids for a couple weeks, same with some other variety stuff I never got to while slowly laying out the foundations for No accessories 6, and then I'll go silent for a month (probably more) to dump my heart into that project, and then I'll be moving on to new stuff. Sound good? This video exists essentially as a means to re-kindle both my passion for calamity and my creativity in editing, so that I may foster the best of both energies into Part 6 and make it something beyond special. Your editing style gets a very impressive 9.5/10 for me. The only very minor issue I have is that the death montage syncing with the music is sometimes a little too funny and while I’m laughing I miss important information. Other than that (which is really just a me problem), amazing work and keep it up!

The search for a sunfury reminded me of the first world I played when Journey's end came out, I wanted to go melee and get all of the flails, since they reworked flail attacks in 1.4, and I searched my entire underworld and didn't find a single sunfury

this glitch (or a pretty similar one) also happened in the 1.2 or 1.3 version of the psvita, where you could use a drill, swap to a weapon (mostly a sword i think) and the base dmg of the drill would multiply by the dmg of the weapon. Cheesed a lot of bosses with it in that time haha, nice video
