AC Compressor replacement on Cummins ISX Volvo Freightliner Peterbilt Kenworth. Mechanics shop ASMR. 

Right on time. My compressor went out 2 days ago. Trying to make it home before I try and mess with it. Looked pretty easy. I was trying to find a way to evacuate the system without a recovery machine or taking it to a shop. Guess I’ll just have a shop recover it and have them vacuum and charge it when I’m done. Can you replace ac and remove lines without having to recover and evacuate? Maybe by bleeding system at high and low ports?
