Axl did a hell of a job. His voice is a five octave, not four. Some songs will be different and that is to be expected when anyone replaces a legend. Axl did the right thing by being himself.

Wow, I'm actually quite impressed how well Axl sang here. Sure, he's no Brian Johnson, and definitely no Bon Scott, but that was pretty damn good (especially considering that Axl is in his 50's)

Funny how people comment about Axl sucking but yet I’m sure if he didn’t sound good to the band, he definitely wouldn’t be there! The notes in AC/DC songs are some of the highest notes to hit and he does a badass job! Axl is not a spring chicken and neither are any of the rest of them and for him to be able to rock out like that is AMAZING!

This is also crappy smartphone recording not professionally produced video I only watch a few seconds of these and move on. I get why bands try to keep people from making these videos because they are so shitty and then go up on social media get bunch of views. RU-vid doesn't give a shit they create copywrite takedown procedure that cost more to chase these down then worth so they stay up. RU-vid system does mark these copywrite can't monetize this all falls back on section 230 internet companies get protected. If copywrite holders could sue google all this shit would be removed ASAP.

@@undefinedfirstnameundefine7820 The reason he sings better ACDC. Because he lost his middle voice. He sings in head voice with added grit on it from a technical standpoint. The GNR songs lies in his middle of his headvoice. Gnr songs takes more skill cause it is not always loud belts, but just controlled small grits for example in Sweed child o mine. He used away his middle voice with touring and drog and cant produce grit in that region. It's easier to just belt it out higher and use grit there. So that's why he sings better ACDC.

Axl sounds great here. He lost his voice about a year and a half ago. I wish he did a concert with AC/DC in his early years when he was running around the stage and belting out gnr songs.

@@buckythechallenger3848 I'm familiar with the band Guns N Roses. Also with the fact that Axl and Brian's vocals are quite similar. I wouldn't have felt the same had they used, say Eddie Vedder or Sully Erna to fill in for Brian.

Bon Scott was 1st n my favorite, Brian Johnson was 2nd n my 2nd favorite, Axl Rose gave us the sound that brings back memories of the 2 greatest bands all rolled up into 1. There Awesome together!

Axl does sing amazing in GNR, but not in all the songs (I wonder why; that's also my question lol). However, in AC/DC, he has to play by their rules.

different types and styles of songs require different vocals. His voice is shot for the range and style he sings in for GNR (for the most part)

@@john-kl3ux Absolutely true about the different types and styles. However, as far as I've seen, Axl's vocal cords are pretty much alright in most ranges. He just doesn't use them much in GNR. Moreover, Axl is pretty technical at this point; he can still bring his raspy and powerful vocals in all of GNR songs without putting pressure on his cords, but he doesn't.

agree. acdc axl just shows that he can switch to the classic gnr axl, if he wanted to. but instead, he switches to mickey mouse in not in this lifetime tour. I guess its a smart move, to conserve his vocals thruout the NITL tour, or maybe for the new GNR album.

Axl is an awesome heavy metal singer and I LOVE him, but he lacks the humor that dear Brian had, because of this although the songs sound great even with Axl his performance full of anger that I do not like when watching ACDC performance. I miss Brian!

This is not one of Axl's better songs with AC/DC, but it still sounds pretty solid. People hate just to hate; hey, at least they finished the tour thanks to Axl, and we heard some notes we haven't seen Brian hit in over two decades.
