This was the one song that really turned me onto heavy rock in the late 80's! Before that all heavy rock was thirteen-a dozen to me, and just not worthy of listening to. Heh, innuendo... My class-mate finally got tired of giving me ever more old prog rock to listen to (which I loved), and then just sat me down and ordered me for once to listen to three songs I probably thought I hated! One was AC/DC's Big Balls, the other one was Gillan's No Laughing in Heaven. The third might have been Rainbow's Man on the Silver Mountain (I was a Tolkien diehard by that time...), or it might have been an early Kansas song. I brought lots of strange albums home with me, and still have some of those on better-quality tapes/cassettes today, which have survived 30+ years in both playing and storage. Much, much later, I still love Richie Blackmore for his albums with his wife Candice Knight. Heh, go figure...
