I'm not a HVAC tech but have a fair knowledge of how a HVAC works and this video's by far the best, logical troubleshooting suggestions I've come across on YT and it matches my mental troubleshooting flowchart to a certain extent and I like that. Thanks!
I have been watching your videos. Thank you. I was wondering if you or anyone has made a series of videos showing how to take the covers of outside condensing units to successfully clean them. How to unhook certain bottom clip like on Goodman, Trane, and carrier. They all have their own tricks. Also, tips on cleaning micro channel coils.
20 year old Trane XB1000. Tech replaced run capacitor and contact as part of a preventative maintenance at start of season. 1 lbs of R22 added. Blew 55 deg at the register when tech left. Compressor failed to start just hours later. Receives power and gets hot, but doesn't run. Being told system needs total replacement. What do you think happened?
I brought some guys to move my AC from the backyard to the side of the house after running it they said the compressor is not working I’m really mad that this happened it was working the day before and we never had any problem with it can you tell me what caused the compressor to stop working? Thank you
The stuff that happens inside of a mech failed compressor are much the same as inside of a blown engine. When you open up the system and the oil has glitter in it🤣😂😃😋
