@@timturk1899 what I'm saying is I wish they made a combo unit. I'm not aware of them making one. And it would have to be an ac infinity one for it to be connected and be controlled but the ac infinity "brain"/controller.

@@daveselbow9128 maybe if u have a small tent but when u have a 4x4 or larger with alot of planters in them your releasing alot of moisture into the air and it will raise the rh in the room the tent is in especially if the area you u live already has high humidity like mine.

It's very smart of them because they could basically charge what they want when nobody else it doing it this good. I bet the profit margin high for sure. We can't complain its assured quality and helps noobs a lot. I wish I had these when I started or now even cos am lazy

AC Infinity isn't a hydro store brand though. They're doing fine online.

mist maker + bucket/tote + fan + tubing = best humidifier. "DIY Humidifier" Why? larger tank, more flow, ability to easily add a refill float valve. I like AC Infinity, I think theyre doing the right things. However, I need to mention the DIY humidifier because it acts like a $1200 humidifier, for under $50. Cheapest ultrasonic mist maker i found online was at the house of hydro website, the float that the mist maker nests in is pivotal, that's the secret to the amount of fog you can produce. Start with a single mist maker kit, if you need more fog for your area, add more in the bucket.

If your in veg, then use the humidity triggers to get more heat rather than the temp triggers.

You need to use distilled water. It's been boiled away from any mineral and condensed into pure H2O.

@@emaildude99 Kinda looking around at distillation options now. Would like to get the best return on investment I can. I use about a gallon a day while the plants are really small. I could probably just dome them but I will still need humidity when they get too big for the domes. I am just glad the dust was water stuff and not powdery mildew. I spent about 3 hours cleaning every dimension of everything in the tent before I realized mold doesnt accumulate on fan blades but DUST DOES.

You shouldn't have the humidifier in the dry tent unless it's very large. better to have it inn the lunge room and let it get drawn in if posible

@UbiquitousRomp I know it doesn't have a nozzle and the lung room is my attic and there's to much of a breeze to humidify it lol

@@HolaEspanyol I had a similar problem so I raised the dry tent a bit and had the humidifier near the vent. used a bit of flexi hose from petrol can and directed it to the vent. just near enough to get sucked in.

Sorry no, atm im just using the thermostat on the heater but its just a dial and not very accurate. Ive seen in his vids he uses Inkbird controllers I had one previously for heat but it didnt last long @cancer_sucks

Yes... the ADA3 UIS Control Plug for Outlet-Powered Equipment. The plug has a cable that goes into the digital controller. You then plug the heater in, then set it to come on and go off at the temperature perimeters you set. Like wise, if you didn't have the AC inf humidifier, you could use another brand and plug it in, then set the humidity levels on the controller to active your RO settings. Same with a dehumidifier in the lung room. AS it would work outside the tent, but be activate by the humidity levels in the tent

@@BobberRider yes. But only on and off at your trigger points. I doubt it will be able to increase the speed from 1 - 10 via the app like their own fan does. which is one of it's best features especially with the step up on auto

You can trigger for high or low humidity or temp. Adjust speed and overlay timing schedules. It's very flexible

Use the app to set thing, as it's much easier to use and tweak when you leave the room

Yes, otherwise You will end up with a lot of mineral sediment on your extraction fan/carbon filter, walls etc. Normal tap water would also severely shortened the humidifier lifespan.

This controller is getting popular, but now there is a new controller in beta-invite now, and it controls your soil moisture, EC salt levels, all that. It's going to change the market soon... everyone is going to just dial in numbers for whichever seed type and let it go seed to chop. 🤯

For real, I think soon.. lots of people are going to have a grow tent chamber in their kitchen... like we do a fridge. Revolutionary stuff coming for home use

Depends on the growing space . Trolmaster is way more expensive and I would only buy it if I had a large growing space. For tents AC Infinity 69 is perfect.
