How many volts are you supplying to the doorbell?

Hello there! I bought a UBox door bell camera, but lost the small screw that tightens the camera up to the back plate, if you know how I can find those screws please let me know

mine wont turn on . i have 16 VAC as with mutli meter, got another doorbell same result. any tips? do i need to have batteries installed? mine didnt come with any and they are expensive in my country. it turns on with USB

Very helpfull. I was confused that. Should i connect the wires with battery installed or without battery installed. I thought AC input was for charging the batteries. But its not for cahrging the battries. Its a seprate power supply for the bell without battries. Thanks

Could you help? I have the same similar unit (after market). indoor chime doesn't work? it is hard wired and hooked up to the original doorbell. everything else worked; connected to app, connected to WIFI... When you push the button, you can hear the chime inside. Thx for reviewing.

Does it support 220v AC direct? What current is coming from the 2 wire's in the video 2:20

the small allen key screw that holds it onto the unit on the wall is rusted on mine and the allen key keeps turning in it. i tried wd40 to loosen.didnt work. any ideas how to remove it? thanks

I did just as the video says and nothing. All I hear is my regular door bell ringer (just like the button I took off) and the doorbell/camera does not light up or connect from the phone app just dark. I have XSH Cam but it looks Exactly the same as yours. Hope you so suggestions :). Good video BTW.

What I need is how do I attach it to the house??? I have the app in place, but I don't have any idea how to begin attaching it to the house. The directions I have are so small and it doesn't have that, just here is what you have.

My AC doorbell will not chime but my Ding-dong chimes. Both wires are connected and batteries are out. What am I missing here?
