I bought one of these a few months ago and have never been able to install it. The instructions tell you to scan the QR code and there is one to scan on either the box or the doorbell. Also having installed the aiwit app, I cannot log in, so I tried to set up my account and received notice that I already had an accout with the same details. Tried to log in with those details and came back saying wrong accout or password!!!! Have I been scammed?
Can the person you share your device with get notifications when door bell rings? My phone is giving me a notification as the main account but the other phone isn’t?
To add this device, the original owner must first remove it from their account. This prevents unauthorized access and ensures security. Please help I bought the device new
Bad about these have no tf for sim card now need use XSH pay monthly. If get tf sim card put own save monthly cost zero!! Make sure has tf slits! Mine don't get one does save on monthly sim card 128 GB cost me zero!! Down load tf card &cell phone too.
This product is rubish. Waste of money. Got to use their "CLOUD", video is laggy, phone does not pick up door bell if it has gone to sleep. Also what is it with "unboxing"
@@Connectedglobe es klappt leider nicht, habe es mit der Aiwit app ausprobiert. In der Verpackung steht ich soll die App "ToSee" herunterladen, aber die app gibt es bei Android Playstore nicht mehr. Meine Frage ist ob ich vorher das Doorbell V5 mit einer entsprechende Software auf Aiwit anlernen kann? Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.
@@rivaalan If the recommended application by the manufacturer is Tosee, you have to install Tosee application. This is because the Chip used by the manufacturers was programmed for Tosee application.
All models have tf card slot but vary in location based on the iteration you have. Take the battery cover off and look carefully for it, it may be hard to see without light
