Samsung Washer AC6 Error Code Possible Causes
Loose wire connections at the main PCB or the inverter PCB.
The main PCB is defective.
The inverter PCB is defective.
The AC6 error code in Samsung washing machines is a communication error between the main and the sub PCB1. The error occurs when the flow of information between the control module and the information display board is disrupted. To fix the error, you can try the following steps3:
Unplug the power cord and wait at least 1 minute.
Plug the power cord back in.
Press power button to turn the unit on and wait for 5 seconds. If the unit does not turn on, press power button again after 1 hour.
Turn the unit off with the power cord plugged in and leave the unit idle for 4 hours.
Possible causes of the error include loose wire connections at the main PCB or the inverter PCB, defective main PCB, or defective inverter PCB4

Switch to LG SIGNATURE. I bought the Samsung Flex Duo $4999.00 at Lowe’s 5 year warranty on both washer & dryer. Had problems first year. New dryer 3 times. Then a few days after warranty was up on washer it crashed with this code. Tech from AHW said don’t buy anything from samsung. He said get the LG Signature. No service calls on LG signature so I took his advice. It was nice of him to tell me that. I didn’t know which to buy. I like the best of everything. But samsung lost me as a customer. LG won me over. The techs know their stuff I was so glad this guy spent 15 mins on the phone with me. They sent me a check to get a new one. He said switch to Lg.

First put the Model of the washer in Sears parts, look in the diagram for the part that you need, and then get the part number and look first in internet for a cheap price.
