ALLMIND: You are aberrations to the plan... Irregulars. We will bring order to chaos. NINE-BALL: On that we can agree. Those who wield too much power will inevitably destroy everything... and *You* are one of those people.
@@immutablebrewHeavy, Fast, and a pain in the Ass. We would need a part with wings just to get it mostly right, so maybe they'll add Old-Gen parts in a Sequel or DLC since AC6 had a surprisingly high reception for a Mecha game.
For those of you who aren't PC, I have almost entirely sussed out the build! You're using the Harris linear gun and the Bu-TT/A Pulse Blade, with the P03MLT-06 Missile Pod and an Earshot grenade cannon. Your frame's a VP-44s, cc-2000 Orbiter, VP-46D, and Melander C3. The internals were a little harder to get, and I'm not sure I'm 100% right. The boosters are either the Buerzel or the Gridwalker. They *look* more like Buerzels, but Gridwalkers outperform with the given frame and weapons, even though it's above the ideal weight. But, going by the shape, it has to be one of the two, and, for my money, I'd run this on Grindwalkers. But Buerzel is just about as good. The Generator is, without a doubt, the Ming-Tang. Of the IC Gens, only it and the Hokushi can power this build, and it reloads way too quick from zero to be the Hokushi. The FCS is the only one I can't nail down for certain. Given how quick the missiles lock, it's gotta be in the low 100s, which means either the P05, Talbot, or WLT-001. Given the p05 is just not built for this, it's a tossup between the Talbot and the WLT-001. Probably the Talbot. Have fun!
The moment Iguazu revealed himself, he didn't hear the warning from Nine-Ball: "Target verified, commencing hostilities!!!" And upon death, he didn't hear "You're fate is sealed."
5:35 I feel like that moment where you used the energy blade to interrupt his last attack was a way of saying "shut the hell up already" in a calm but annoyed tone.
Allmind: "You are aberrations to the plan." 9: "There's only room for one AI here, and half of the slot is already occupied, *so get set for an ass woopin you salt shaker infused hunk of scrap metal.* "
3:51 Iguazu: "Shut Up! I'LL SHUT YOU ALL UP!" *His Personality Completely Overpowers ALLMIND, resulting in a massive energy Surge around the area and breaks the link the Mechs connected to ALLMIND and the AC connected to Arye* "Now it's just you and me.... Freelanc- wait, what's that damn music?" 621: "NINE BALL HAS VERIFIED THE TARGET..... COMMENCING HOSTILITIES!"
Amazing what if, after Iguazu shuts everyone up, that wave affected 621 too. But that awakened 621 and he started to speak. 621: “T.. Tar…” ALLMIND/Iguazu: “What the?” 621: “Target…” Ayre: “Raven?” 621: “TARGET VERIFIED, COMMENCING HOSTILITIES!” If that happened, AC Vets and Fans would freak out.
Thanks to mods, 9 Ball Seraph has return! The model used in Another Century's Episode R is ported into ths game. Now for the Crimson Reaper haunt Rubicon 3!
[Investigate the Anomaly] "Raven. There's something else we need to look at. A strange reading has appeared in the Institute's ruins. It... Appears to be some kind of spacial distortion. This could be dangerous... To everyone. Ideally, we can enter, inspect the distortion's source, and leave with the data to warn everyone. Maybe even stop it entirely." "There's the distortion. Wait- something is coming through...!" *_"TARGET VERIFIED; COMMENCING HOSTILITIES!"_*
...There's no way they planned for the diagonal antenna thing on the LOADER 4 Core part to line up like that behind that Head part... to look like Nine Ball's old Head part in THAT specific final cutscene at THAT specific angle... did they? o_O
I have this video stuck in my head so deep i cannot play or watch playthroughs of coral release without expecting NINEBALL's thene to olay because its integrated so well
Im glad to finally see some fights done with skill instead of the classic 2 easy mode builds we see all over the internet... Like if you like these OP builds thats fine but its not fun to watch
I really like AC6 but it has some awful balancing issues, and I blame the stagger system. Old titles had strong builds but I never found brain dead easy modes like in 6, and I think it’s because most the guns fire nerf darts instead of bullets until you hit the arbitrary stagger amount, which would be fine if the guns with low damage did high stagger like the Handguns in 5th Gen, or the weapons that ate through PA but dealt low AP damage in 4th, but the stagger tends to be proportional to damage output 1:1 most the time so there are just certain weapons that invalidate other weapons of the same class with zero cons. There’s no reason to pick a weapon with low stagger because they won’t deal real damage anyways even if you break their poise, and then there’s the Ashmead which is awesome but way too strong turning every fight into Stagger->One Hit KO and the game will actively chase the opponent down for you too. I played the entire game to all endings with my personal build first, all stuff I like without care for min-maxing and then for my fourth playthrough I made a missile-bed heavy-tank which will kill everything in a mile radius if I so much as drop the controlled down some stairs. I think the stagger system just has no place in a mech game from both an aesthetic stance and from how it makes a lot of weapons unsatisfying to use. I’m just so sick of seeing RedShift/Ashmead Basho arm builds where every other weapon isn’t there to balance out the AC but instead to get a fast single stagger followed by the IK. Like you said, it’s incredibly dull to watch and playing against them is either playing keep away for a minute while they fail to catch you, or 5 seconds to their win.
Hearing people put old-school Armored Core music over this game really makes me a bit disappointed in the music for AC6. Don't get me wrong, its music is still above average, but it would go way above that if (for example) each corporation had different battle themes for when you fight against one of their AC pilots. That would add so much personality to the game and really push the vibe over the edge.
I remember that I actually made this build for PVP one day, though I swapped the Harris for the Ratsetsu-RF because of Ninebreaker having a Three-Shot burst on his linear rifle in that game, and the Earshot for the Songbirds, as his GL fires in two shot bursts. Good to see it's optimal in sorties as well as NEST
Im voting New cosplays: Ares/Providence Prisoner/Apocalypse Matthias/Funeral Mask Merciless/Black Scythe Genobee/Dual Face Losvaize/Valkyrie Leonhardt/Noblesse Oblige
I know it's the same character, but considering the lack of burstfire and the linear rifle, this is Baby's Breath from Last Raven. I ran pretty much the same build as this but using the 04 rockets for two playthroughs. It's a lot of fun.
Amazing video and I absolutely love your editing and the video is a fucking banger, I loved every second of it. But this video made me realize one thing - Holy DAMN the past gen OST completely turns the mood of AC6 out the window. Especially the more over the top tracks - There are some that work, but the most memorable ones simply don't work on AC6.
Is it just me or do the particles used by the ALLMIND final boss ACs, especially the second one, look a lot like Kojima Particles? They’re even used to block/disrupt communication & signals in the phase 3 transition
I can kind of see it, but according to the game I think it’s supposed to be the human equivalent of Coral energy, like Iguazu is emitting for humans what Ayre emits as a Coral lifeform.
I think it's just the mixture of Pulse, Laser, and Plasma tech. Primarily the first two. Seeing how a good number of Coral weapons have Plasma and Pulse/Laser hybrid counterparts (the Redshift and Moonlight blades being almost functinally the same besides what they throw, for example), combined with Pulse weapon technology being disruptive on it's own (the PA interference stat and the Pulse Shield Launcher's description), would imply that's what ALLMIND has retrofitted the SOL with.
@@immutablebrew It's actually *more* like Nineball's pulse gun in function since his was rapid fire like current pulse guns instead of a slow repeating weapon like the old ones.
Now that I think about it, Nineball and Iguazu fighting as usual in ACs and THEN after mind alpha gets defeated ALLMIND whips out the ibis and Nineball whips out Nineball seraph Now that would be legendary
This single-handedly made me make my own AI AC: A-Ball. Polar opposite of Nineball, an AI that was MEANT to kill that broke his programming and now only kills the RLF cause their colors are disgusting.
Read the discription and i had the same issue with my nineball build. Its just not specialized enough to be good in ac6 i think. And pilot skill can somewhat make up for this but there are so many easier ways to go throught a lot of the fights in game.
That's what makes cosplay builds fun tho, it challenged me in all kinds of ways. Fighting pre-nerf IBIS with that Silent Line build is still probably the hardest thing ive done.
@@alephkasai9384I used the laser blade initially for this build alongside the ALULA boosters, I swapped out to the GRIDWALKER boosters because good verticality is needed for this fight, and the laser blade was swapped to the pulse blade because I needed something faster and more aggressive instead of defensive
I don't know, his kit seems pretty solid to me. Lots of stagger and good direct damage. One thing that bothers me though is that you should only be charging your Harris to get that stagger hit or as combo finisher. Otherwise you are exposing yourself AND sacrificing your dps.
In my mind coral release.... since its powered up long defeated enemy ac's.... and its now spread across the galaxy.... whats stopping it from waking up something in the sol system... something ancient that has been shut down for a long... long .... long time the original nineball AI
4:02 good choice for a change in music imo, the vocalization kinda sounds like the words: "somethings wrong here!". it fits well with igauzu basically taking over control from allmind
Awesome vid, your Nineball looks phenomenal. Only thing I'd say is that I feel like it would make more sense to have an Energy Weapon of some kind over a Linear Rifle. That said, the Linear Rifle does kick tons of ass. Keep it up.
I enjoyed this video and I enjoy playing your builds I think out of all of the ones I have seen between reddit and youtube you have the best builds, and I think it would be cool if you did OldKing next or nineball seraph
I think if we're talking purely being functional, the Evangel, Crest Close Combat, and Berlioz builds have all proven both fun to use and been decently effective in most missions. Evangel especially was a big surprise for me, that build is surprisingly good at zoning/mid-range combat, to the point its even PvP viable. This build as well has proven very strong, honestly anything that can S-rank this mission consistently is a fantastic build imo, and this Nineball build can S-rank very easily thanks to its good ammo economy.
So I guess the "PC" really means PC-only =)))) I'm on console and try to download the build but the code can't be found. So I just to want to confirm with people abt the build: are the legs Melander or Melander C3? Also which Generator and FCS would be great! Thanks!
nice video as always... but something's missing... where is The Liberator of Rubicon ending? for any suggestions for AC's plan to build for that ending, it's time to bring an old friend Back, it's time to bring back the true master of the arena, it's time to bring back Annihilator
621's numbers total in 9 when added up. Also Nineball is an old Armored Core boss that was insanely hard. Oh, and Nineball came out of nowhere to fight Code Geass, various Gundams, and some other Mecha in Another Century's Episode R.
Nineball is the Psudo-Main Antagonist A.I piloted AC of the 1st Gen Armored Core games and is considered the overall mascot for the Franchise. In the lore up until Armored Core 4, the player character that defeated Nineball is designated as "the Ninebreaker" because it was seen as such a godly task to accomplish.
