[Academy] Rescue People exercise now on ROS2 Humble with Aerostack2 

The Rescue People exercise will soon be available on Robotics Acadmy Docker Image - Humble!
The migration process included the incorporation of Aerostack2, a framework designed for constructing autonomous aerial systems using ROS2 and PX4, with the added benefit of utilizing Fast CDR for efficient data serialization and communication between the Robotics Academy Docker Image (RADI) components.
