Dean Petersen See? Now you’re getting it, with that you can start a new form of drag racing (doing it in reverse) and instantly become the best driver doing it, heh
Imo, my go to irl car to recreate Synkro would be the rx8. It has an almost identical curves of the Synkro, minus the headlight and taillights. And one important bit, it has a rotary engine since the Synkro is said to have a rotary engine too making 500hp. So with all that, rx8 is a great base for making a irl Synkro. You just need some similar looking body kits, or custom make your own or even just replicate the whole damn kit of the Synkro if you're dedicated. Headlights and taillights are far off but you can do headlight converts, using either a celica or 350z headlights. Taillights, you can rip em off from a r32 and r33 or custom make it. Wheels just depends on person preference, it just needs to be a 20 inch 6 spoke wheel. If you also want to recreate the performance specs, you can buff out the rx8's renesis engine to making 500hp with porting jobs, turbos, tunes, etc. While on the topic, you can place the turbo on the front part of the hood and cut a hole so the top turbo housing is exposed and cut a hole on the rear middle part of the hood for the oil cooler since the Synkro also has it. Interior, you can custom paint the interior and change out the design of the gauges also to look Teku-like. Some bits of led lights here and there, and most importantly a head unit display with absolute banging stereo. All that's left is the paintjob itself and you're officially done. That's just my take on the formula to making a irl Synkro
I have a couple of cars from Acceleracers that I would like you to talk about in this series you're creating. Those cars are: 1. Chicane 2. Reverb 3. Battle Spec 4. High Voltage
Lol this is taking me back to when I modded my car with the cheapest parts possible. Honestly it still wasn't too bad, the biggest regret was cheaping out on suspension. Had to buy some namebrand coils a few months later.
Not only that the GTRs turbo are built as one piece with the manifold so a universal turbo kit wouldn't help much unless you want less power or you would not mind redesigning the manifold too lol
i'm also trying to recreate the entirety of Synkro as a movie replica car, i just finished the tachometer and the spedometer for synkro i just need the silhouette of synkro in the center
If you really want something like the movie version, you're gonna have to barf up some extra cash for some of that chrome gold wrapping (or spend more and get it painted) Same with the interior.
I guess its a decent candidate for synkro but considering synkros size i would have picked a 350z but you also forgot abt the oil cooler that sits behind the ROTARY ENGINE. yes synkro is a rotary. Google it.
I understand using the FRS/86/BRZ, but hear me out😂 what about a Cobalt SS with a turbo and not supercharged. Nearly the same rear end kinda. Of course you'd have to make it not fwd and do an engine swap. But it would most likely be "cheapish"
@@spoilerz9795 oh no no, I know engine swaps aren't exactly cheap but some are cheaper than others. Like a crate engine can be mind blowing while others from junked cars are more "affordable". With Synkro being a rotary you can find them from $3,200 to 10s of thousands for complete high hp builds. But yeah swaps aren't cheap by a long shot

C'mon man... The interior is a 350z exactly, the front end is a combination 350z/Altima coupe/Infiniti g35 headlights with mazda rx8 fenders and with a turbo Rotory engine from the mazda rx8. A Good Donor car would be your choice of nissan 350z, 370z, Altima Coupe or even the Infiniti G35.
Hey spoilerz According to the HW wiki, Nolo's car is fitted with a rotary engine I know that there's a lot of bs when explaining HWs but The details man
If your looking for Wheels,Tires,Suspension and etc. Hit up FitmentIndustries.com also check out there youtube channel to learn more about cars if your looking to modify your ride they have new baller videos every week and you mite even see them talk about your dream car or your daily in one of there video This is not advertisment this is to help people that dont know crap about cars and dont want to rice out there first car but build it right
A Mazda RX-8 could also work well. Looks pretty close, just mask the semi-rear doors, comes with a rotary from the box, and its even cheaper than the FR-S.
Hey nice videos dude I used an RX-8 on FH4 for synkro and it works like it should and is a twin turbo rotary that sits S1 class and it's quite quick in the snow
Because i have to study i didn't watch the whole video. But you can save a lot of money by buying an rx8. It looks a bit bigger than the brz but i think it will save a lot of money
You made a mistake the nissan gtr's engine is A 3.8L twin turbo V6 from the factory And the gtr costs $590,000 in my city The 6 spoke rims costs $5000 for the cheapest option Cheapest GT wing costs $2000 Paint job and decals $15,000 Speaker system $6000 Underglow is illegal What a sad life I have
why dont you choose Infinity G35 for the dirt cheap option, it definitely look more like the Synkro than Scion FRS and it have the same powerplant like the GTR and its cheaper, just an opinion tho
Curious to why you would mention a turbo kit, even though the GTR already has twins in it. Wouldn't you just really need some pipe rerouting business instead of some shitty universal eBay kit?
Great video man. Loved it. But, could you not just do a cheapest build but also recomend high quality parts for people who can afford it? Hell, you could even discuss building the cars from the ground up to make them really authentic. You said that you needed a way to extend the video length, so that would be a good way to do it. Could you also possibly do car build videos for all 35 cars from world race?
Im planning to do car videos across ALL sorts if entertainment, so if theres a car that interests you (not just hotwheels) feel free to lemme know! The problem with a ground up build with all custom parts, itd be very difficult to come up with a price because so much if the cost would change depending on location. As much as i would like to, there's too many variables to give a reliable price. The reason Im sticking with cheap parts is because i want to make a build that is feasbile for many people. That said, i am thinking about doing both costs, one the cheapest way, and one the expensive way! This video was mostly a test run for this series and im glad to change it in any way that people want!
Idk ab a gtr man I think it looks a lot more like a mk4 Supra or even an rx8 front end lol, and for budget mayyybe a brz. Edit: Fr just look up mk4 Supra orange and compare it to a synkro, and if a Supra had a kid with an rx8 that’d be synkro, gtr looks more like power rage if u asked me, I mean other cars fit power rage better but the rear end at least is pretty uncanny.
Its a good idea but you're really pushing the price of stuff too much just focus on making the most accurate version as possible. Also i personally think the mk5 supra is a better choice for the base, the r35 gtr is just too big and the new supra looks wayyy closer than the brz/gt86/frs. However the gtr is pretty close for a power rage.
Personally I don't feel a 350z fits, but at the same time I was already thinking about the brz when cresting this video do maybe if there's a real good body kit
"TAKE OUT YOUR BACKSEATS, WHERE WE'RE GOIN YOU DONT NEED BACKSEATS! BACKSEATS ARE FOR BABIES, you ain't a baby, ARE YOU? Goo goo, ga ga" - Spoilerz Baseline is gonna be fun. A GTR Synkro sounds like a great retirement car, you gotta admit
