Nilüfer Aktaş, who graduated from Boğaziçi University Department of Economics in 1996, has worked in asset management, strategic business development and innovative business model design roles in national and foreign banks for most of her 25 years of corporate work experience. Nilüfer Aktaş, who spent the last quarter of her career managing digitalization and sustainability agendas, specializes in the integration of green and digital transformation, called twin transformation, into the business model. In 2016, she participated in the Women Leaders Program at Stanford University, together with female entrepreneurs and new generation representatives of family businesses selected from 25 different countries of the world.
With the "Sustainability Maturity Index" methodology developed in 2022, it created a new competitive advantage model that aims to adapt companies to changing economic and social conditions and developed it together with a software company.
In addition to being a national coach and mentor in the European Union Innovation Committee, he is also the committee leader of the European League of Intrapreneurs. Nilüfer Aktaş, who was selected among the Global Responsible Leaders by the BMW Foundation with the change projects she created in corporate companies, takes an active role in the field of civil society, especially in the fields of youth unemployment and technology-oriented education.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of She Social Benefit Association and a Board Member of Boğaziçi Business People Association. She is a volunteer in Türkkonfed Green Transformation Commission and tries to contribute to our country's green and social transformation agenda with technological solutions. In addition to her roles as a consultant and civil society trainer, she provides impact-focused strategic knowledge and experiential workshops to companies on their sustainability journeys.
