I quite like the duress code as well, let’s say you had someone to come and feed your dog while you were away or something like that, then you could give them the duress code and all they can do Is arm and disarm the system, and if I went off it can’t be reset without a normal user code. I chose the Visonic K9, I never was that keen on them, but I recently acquired one, I have it fitted In a system, and it is actually quite good, when mounted it has to almost be touching the ceiling and be mounted in a certain way, then it doesn’t detect pets etc. But always detects humans. it would only let me choose one pir on the form, so my second one would be the Veritec P2.
@@SunSecurity Hi! Hope you are well, I have one of these installed in my apartment (The mini without the LCD display). When it was originally installed, it was done with no entry time delay. As soon as my front door opened, the alarm went off. I requested that, as the previous door I had could only be unlocked and locked from the inside. I now have a fully functioning new door - I have followed the engineers guide to set a time entry delay. For whatever reason, the unit is not accepting the entry?? Would you be able to provide any videos on how to setup entry delay to disarm on one of these please? Thanks
I have just moved into a house with a g3 and annoyingly previous owner has removed the keypad so I just have the 4core cable poking out the wall - what key pad would be suitable to fit ? Also I don’t seem to be getting any red indicating lights on any of my pir’s?
Any ideas why one of my Accentra G4 keypads have stopped responding (slightly different model from this one)? The keys are all illuminated green but the green day light and red power light is no longer on. Many thanks
How did you set the door sensor to beep on the unit ? My installer has turned it off and also its 3 minutes till it gose off can this be altered ? Great video very helpful 👍
