heyy !! i'm in highschool rn and my school doesn't have anything related to design or something like that so i need to do a pre course ig... when i was checking some other colleges website there's a course with foundation level...but in the website of FIT I cant find that course with foundation level or maybe i can't find it...So, can you please tell me what's the couse is with foundation level in fashion designing- Anyways loved your speaking skills and confidence🫶

So u would be applying for a 4 years Bachelors degree love! Not an AAS! The process is the same tho ! Portfolio requirements, essay and the applications ofcourse
Hiii,when doing the sketches do the croquis have to be drawn or can we use a template from the internet? and when trying to get in what else do we have to know apart from knowing how to sew?and do we need to do pre college or take any specific classes during highschool?Im currently a sophomore in highschool and im taking fashion design 1 so im starting to do my research because this is something i want to do:)))Hope you can answer Thanks
Hello Wendy! So it’s always preferred that u learn how to make the coquis on your own! Templates are really not acceptable especially because this is a fashion college and it’s going to an integral part of your work. I suggest u take some extra classes for sewing and for Drawing. Because they really do pay attention to your skill set! Don’t worry u still have a ton of time to master and hone your skills. :)
First of all congratulations for being selected 👏 I really loved your collection. Can you please help me with the sewing project? I actually don't have my sewing machine with me rn and i can't even go anywhere for help due to pandemic. Can you please guide me on how do I make my sewing project?
Thank u so much sweetheart! I best suggest u to order a sewing machine online or stitch your garments with hand stitching ( back stitching in particular) which will obviously be very tedious and time consuming

Hey! Is there a rule when you’re doing the mood board that you have to use pictures from a certain website or do they have to be your pictures? Can you use google and Pinterest for the mood board?? Please let me know! :) love this video
It’a not compulsory bet always advised to have a location because winters collection for a tropical country and a meditation country will be different- and choosing a location for the collection will help u justify your designs
both works very good but on the ipad you can also use all of the adobe programs as well as pro create and its a bit faster and easier to draw realistic (lik shadows etc.) since you use an apple pen

I’m also a student after all! I’m not sure if me critiquing your essay would help- i would rather recommend u to take it up with somebody in your current school- maybe a art professor or a design professor

I belong all the applications are online on the website! It probably the same process they have a sub link to FIT sourh Korea on their main FIT website! Hope this helps - I don’t have much info on that but u can email FIT on their admissions email to find out more
Hi , Firstly Great Info ! I wanted to know, Can I apply to FIT if I my undergraduate degree is not in Fashion Design. Can I apply for Masters in FIT though my undergraduation is in different stream (not related to Fashion Design at all) . Please let me know! Hope u will answer! Thanks in advance!:)

omg same im applying to FIT korea and NY fall 2021 and im glad its not just me that thinks this whole process is super complicated lol. What are your questions though? im about to submit my portfolio in the next couple days.
