In the final episode of “The Classic Alpinist”, Ueli Steck struggles with the decision of whether or not to continue his project, following the tragic death of his friend and fellow alpinist Martijn Seuren. Accompanied by his good friend and mountain photographer Jonathan Griffith, Ueli decides to get back on track along one of the most beautiful routes of the 82 Summits Project in the Italian Mont Blanc Massif. He still has the entire Grandes Jorasses ridge to climb before he can move toward Gran Paradiso and the final 82nd summit of the project, Barre des Ecrins.
