The Pilot Door Barrier Kit (PILOT-DBK) is your solution for openings or doorways up to 10 meters in length when fully extended. Each kit comes complete with all you need: a mounting bracket equipped with two Pilot Twist-lok connectors for mounting the belt units and a receiver bracket featuring an aluminum connector rail and 2 belt receiver clips. Plus, the brackets are galvanized for durability.
Depending on your specific application and the width of the span you require, the bracket kit can be fitted with either two Pilot 5 or two Pilot 10 meter belt units. Once the brackets are securely mounted, it's a simple process to walk out the connector rail and position it in the receiver bracket on the opposite side of the opening.
For optimal performance, we recommend a mounting height of 900mm from the ground to the bottom surface of both brackets. However, this height can be adjusted to ensure the best visual and functional operation for your needs.
