Original BR 2049 movie score was written on u-he Zebra vsti softsynth by Benjamin Wallfish. Access Virus synth although has some great features can not repeat those of power of zebra, because of it has no such amount of modulation, types of tweaking and other possibilities. That is why there is no sense to recreate that sounds on virus. But on zebra obviously it is.

I don't agree. The " Dark Knight " was tweaked on Zebra as well, but=only the Virus Ti is playing LIVE on stage all the stuff. The same with BR2049. You need to look more closely at this. Often our sounds are used " instead of " original sounds. And by the same Creators !! Well, as you can see, it makes sense. There is no ZEBRA on stage, only Access VIRUS Ti. And someone converts these sounds to Virus Ti. Also , there are artists for whom we program presets so that they can play live from one synthesizer. So as you see , it make sense.

@@ultimateXsounds It has long been known to everyone that sample-based synthesizers are already an order of magnitude inferior to sample libraries. Instruments such as Fanthom, Kronos, Montage are used for stability and fault tolerance on stage, and not for some other reason. And VA synths are used on stage for the same reason. They do not freeze, unlike a computer.

@@ultimateXsounds I own virus ti2 and virus for powercore x8, they are good for simple sounds like basses, plucks and simple leads. But in cine industry it takes to produce very complex sounds. Listen to Armando Morabito tracks. He uses just virus synth. All his sounds are very simple and very sterile, they do not sound even close to zebra's in BR2049.

@@Sunstatemusic Virus Ti is very versatile. This is his great asset. And my libraries show that Virus Ti can create very complex sounds. Not as complex as ZEBRA does, but in its own way. Virus Ti It has its own character. I will not convince you to this equipment or my sounds. I personally use everything in the studio. From hardware to software. One does not exclude the other.

@@ultimateXsounds undoubtedly virus is a great va synth, but its external versions have problems with midi synchronization even when using dedicated USB card, needs to quantize sounds after recording and not to use its delay effect

very good but all this banks are very expensive, as not pro i cant pay that for my little level, but i repeat this bank sounds great, like many in ULTIMATEXSOUNDS :) i have this virus since end of 2022 i dont regreat this choice.... my KORG modwave was sold and i try to sell my wavestate .... a big +1 for the quality of this bank, i downloaded some free sounds it s better than nothing :)
