First: The jacket looks like creative fun. And I think the colors you’ve set out will blend together nicely. Second: How wise you are to design a personal therapy plan for your lower arm, hand and fingers!! Your plan is inspiration for me (and others, I’m guessing) to take ownership of our physical limitations and find ways to improve them. Such good news that surgery will not be needed, and I’m very happy to hear the determination in your voice. Even if the jacket plan does not work right now, just messing around with a crochet hook is huge progress!

Oh gee Dale, so sorry that you had an accident and of all places to fall on …your poor shoulder that has been giving you such trouble already! Well hopefully everything about that arm will be fixed at the same time. Your crochet project sweater/jacket looks so cute, I hope you can get back soon but take care. Oh, Dale--I am so very sorry about your fall! What an unwelcome event! That you can be at all cheerful in light of this further setback to your craft and gardening plans is testament to your faith, I think! To contribute a bit of sunshine, I want to pass along that you were exactly right about my mother's Christmas cactus--It did not like the re-location, but after a period of adjustment and some cautious watering, it decided to push out glorious red blooms everywhere, and I am happy and relieved! On another note..."I have lots of denim..." Yes...and ... any movement on the rescue of Levi?
Nothing on Levi, sorry to say. I’m so happy the Cactus has adopted you. Plants are funny I truly believe they come to know and trust us. People think I’m nutty, but I do talk to my plants and I seldom loose a plant.
