In this video, we have discussed about the "Accommodation in the Human Eye".
Basically, the accommodation in the eye refers to the ability of the eye's lens to change its shape and adjust its focal length.
This adjustment allows the eye to focus on objects at different distances. When you look at something up close/near, the ciliary muscles surrounding the lens contract, causing the lens to thicken and increase its refractive power.
For distant objects, the ciliary muscles relax, causing the lens to flatten. This process is crucial for maintaining clear vision at varying distances and is a key aspect of the eye's dynamic focusing mechanism.
