There no separate way to do refraction in patient with silicone oil inside eye. One thing needs to keep in mind that refractive power may very time to time in such patient and VA also not good in affected eye. So below things need to explain to the patient: -Power may Change often. -Better to avoid Progressive. -Avoid expensive lenses.
