Sir, I totally agree with you. There are one more thing for freshers apart from experience and interviews is that there are so many fake (spam or fraud) employers..they called freshers for interview and when fresher candidates get to know that the employer is fake..their moral are down. So how to deal with these kind of situations like spam or fraud employers??

Accounting is a very boring field....they expect senior level work from executive and pay is very limit even if you are doing good. Please don't go to this department unless its your passion. Manager guy get 30k and inter ca pass out criteria is 12k....your degree is will be totally waste. If you dont have CA mind and it cant be possible for everyone to have such a vast knowledge. Its better follow your passion.
