A motion’s hearing was held for accused rapist and murderer Jason Billingsley.
Billingsley’s attorney Jason Rodriguez met with a State Prosecutor and Judge Robert Taylor inside Baltimore City Circuit Court Friday to discuss the upcoming trials slated to begin at the end of August.

Well they've already written bills in her name to change offender status so gee I hope the dudes lawyer doesn't bring that up since he hasn't been tried yet??? Seems odd I'd wait until after he's convicted but I'm sure the pros in charge got this. Smh!!
