Hello! In this video, I will be showing you the hanger locations for Ace Combat 5's hidden playable jet, the FALKEN. I included Mini Map locations so you can find it with greater ease. The hangars are found in missions 12A, 12B, 16A, 16B, and 27. You can destroy the hangers on free mission mode, and it must be done on normal or higher difficulty. Once all the hangars are destroyed, the hangar cost for the FALKEN, you need 826,000 credits. In order to have the maximum of four, you need a total of 2,478,000 credits. I just unlocked it in the store, now I'm just working on making enough credits for it. I've been playing this game for 10 years, and I literally found out about this plane yesterday. I saw a video of someone destroying the SOLG with this and I thought it was a hack or something.

The best way I farmed for credits easily was mission 26 because everything is a target and you can easily destroy the enemy quickly with enough skill

Ace combat 5 was the first one I ever played, and no other ace combat will change my mind that it is the best, I also have the ace combat game on the game boy advance but who cares about that. Wish I had pre ordered 7 so I could play this beaut uprezed

PrizmaizedLynx ace 5 and Halo:CE were my first ever games, they have a firm place in my childhood. Ace is one of the few franchises I've experienced that knows how to connect the player to the story and get them into it. R.I.P motormouth chopper, you are missed

I’m pretty sure you have to complete the mission, although I’ve never destroyed them and not complete the mission. I would suggest saving and reloading your save and see if it’s there.

I'm having the same problem. Played through them all on a few different difficulties. Tried all the missions on campaign and free mission. Even unlocked the Wyvern, but cant seem to get the Falken.

You can get the third color, but you have to get an S rank on ALL missions (both sets of coin flip missions included) in Expert difficulty in order to get the third color. Also, I think you have to already have bought one, AT LEAST, before you do those, otherwise you don’t get the color

It does have an SP color. I believe it’s done getting S rank all on expert difficulty.

You have to destroy all hangars in order to get it for sale. Once you know you got them all, the plane should be in the market

@Variable I don't think so. If you pre ordered AC7 for the Xbox, you would get AC6, and if you pre ordered on PS4, you would get AC5

If I destroyed some of them during my previous playthrough and started a New Game +, does it carry it over or do I have to destroy them again?

It would carry over. As long as you finished the mission after destroying the hanger, you should be all good! Personally for me, since the plane is very expensive, I just did the same missions over again for some extra credits, but that's optional.

I just destroyed all the hangars and don't find them to buy. Do I need to destroy in the story mode? Not by free missions? I did it at Ace and Expert difficulties and nothing happens

You can do them on free mission or story mission. As for the difficulty, normal or higher. Once you destroy them, the FALKEN should be in the store. Maybe restart the console and if it's not there, then you may have to go back and do them. This is the first time I heard of this issue. Let me know if it works please!

Yes. Once you get the dialogue about mechanical parts,it means you destroyed the hangar and you have to complete the mission.

@@AZ-yf4jn Mission 12B. When I was Recording, the map had too many targets to dedermine the point. From where you enter the 4th ring, it is somewhere on the right. It would just be best if you destroy everything in the map, until you get the AWACS message. Destroy the targets first and leave the hangar targets so it doesn't end the mission before you find the hangar. I hope this helps!

You are right about ace combat 7. But you are wrong about ace combat 1 to 6 .don't get me wrong you have you on opinion but I can't agree with you. I loved all ace combat
